Frangipani - different colors

The colors of frangipanis are so diverse and so stunning in their appearance and texture and scent, they appeal to many people. With so many varieties to choose from, I am sure everyone will have a favorite plant, or two. The pinks, the yellows, the whites, the reds, the purples - what a beautiful color spectrum!
Below is the video featuring collection of frangipani plants from the tropical island of Sulawesi in Indonesia and a great introduction to these magical plants.

  1. Your frangipanis are so beautiful! I recently get a cutting of frangipani from my friend. It is rooted now. Cannot wait to see it grows and blooms for me. I am adding you to my blog list on my blog, so that I may comeover more often to enjoy your frangipani :)

  2. My family lived in Jakarta in the early 60's. Frangipani trees were in our yard--how I wish I could grow one in northern Virginia!

  3. The frangipanis you show are so gorgeous! The pink with yellow center (in your sidebar) has got to be my favorite! The blooms definitely make up for their winter absence.
